Terms of Service

These terms govern the AI-powered customer communication service ("the Service") provided by Kostiantyn Goria, an independent contractor operating as "Goria" ("I", "me").

1. The Service

The Service consists of automated response handling for incoming customer inquiries, qualification, booking assistance, reminders, and reactivation of a client's existing customer base through opt-in channels. Delivery is remote. Scope for each engagement — pilot, implementation, or ongoing monthly plan — is agreed with the client before work begins.

2. Payment

Fees are invoiced directly to the client and paid via Payoneer or another agreed payment method. A pilot engagement is priced separately and, where the client proceeds to a monthly plan, the pilot fee is credited toward the first month.

3. Ownership

The software, configuration, prompts, and workflows built to deliver the Service remain the property of the service provider. Data belonging to the client's customers remains the property of the client at all times.

4. Data export on termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, the client's data — including conversation logs — is exported and delivered to the client within 10 days.

5. Data handling

Customer identifiers are pseudonymized before being processed by any third-party language model provider. Conversation logs are stored by the service provider, not by the model provider, and are not used to train third-party models.

6. Scope of automation

The Service handles administrative communication only — response, qualification, scheduling, and reminders. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice on the client's behalf. Requests outside its defined scope are escalated to a human at the client's business.

7. No long-term lock-in

There are no annual contracts or early-termination penalties. An optional buyout of the underlying system is available on request.
