Privacy Policy

This policy covers two things: this website, and the customer communication service ("the Service") operated by Kostiantyn Goria ("I", "me").

1. This website

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not collect any personal data from visitors. If you contact me by email, I retain that correspondence to respond to you.

2. Data processed through the Service

When operating the Service for a client, I act as a data processor; the client remains the data controller for their customers' information. Customer identifiers (name, phone number) are pseudonymized before being sent to any third-party AI model provider. Conversation content is stored in a database I control, not by the model provider, and is not used by providers to train their models.

3. Data retention and export

Conversation logs are retained for the duration of the engagement. Upon termination of an engagement, all client data is exported and delivered to the client within 10 days, as set out in the Terms of Service.

4. Third parties

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (messaging platform APIs, language model providers, workflow automation) solely to deliver the automated response functionality. No customer data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
